  • Our rates: a flat trip fee of $40 (under 20 miles) or $50 (20+ miles), plus $98.50 per hour of labor and the cost of any parts. Most service calls take one to two hours on-site. We don't quote total job pricing before diagnosing your equipment, but our mobile service typically comes out more economical than the all-in cost of hauling to a shop.

  • We do our best to respond quickly during active outages, but availability depends on weather and scheduling. The best strategy is preventative service before storm season — most generator failures during outages come from stale fuel, weak batteries, or dirty carburetors, all preventable with annual maintenance.

  • We carry common wear parts for most portable and standby generators — spark plugs, batteries, fuel filters, and standard carburetor components. If your generator needs a specialty part, we'll diagnose on-site, order what's needed, and return to finish the job at no additional trip charge. Your generator never leaves your property.
