Our base sits in Bethel at the top of the county, with Route 501 running south through Myerstown and Route 422 carrying us the length of the valley, from Lebanon out to Palmyra.

Often, yes. The lists above are our regular routes, not a hard boundary. For larger jobs we regularly extend the range. Call or text and we'll give you a straight answer.

No. A lot of customers aren't. Leave the machine where we can reach it and we'll handle the rest. If we find something expensive, we call or text for your OK before doing the work, and the invoice comes electronically afterward.

About 95% of the time, yes. Once in a while a machine needs a part we have to order or a repair and come back. When that happens wereturn as soon as possible with no additional trip charge.

Usually the opposite, once you count everything. A shop visit means a loading up and driving two a shop, two round trips, and weeks without your machine. Our trip fee plus hourly labor typically comes out cheaper than that all-in cost.
